Paleo "Sundae"

Paleo "Sundae"

1/3C unsweetened dried coconut
4 dried dates, chopped
1 banana, sliced
1/2C chocolate coconut milk
1 maraschino cherry (not quite Paleo, and optional!)

Put it all in a bowl.  Eat it up.

Many options are possible with the coconut-

Suggestions:
Vanilla coconut milk, raisins, dates.
Vanilla coconut milk, blueberries
Chocolate coconut milk, raspberries.
Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices, walnuts, vanilla coconut milk...

Add a little cinnamon or other related spices.  With some, you can heat it up and don't call it a sundae for a warm treat.
